Message
"We take action with future generations
through the language of empathy called art."
Planetary Health is the understanding that human health is deeply connected to climate, environment, and ecosystems. It is becoming a key public agenda in the climate crisis era.
Our institute does not stay within academic discourse alone. Through art, we aim to build practical participation models where future generations and citizens can take part directly.
Planetary Health Art Day is a symbolic platform connecting scholarship, art, and civic engagement. Our long-term goal is to build a structure where future generations voice planetary health and those messages expand into social empathy.
More than a commemorative date,
it is where science meets art.
The Yonsei Institute for Planetary Health designates April 15 each year as Planetary Health Art Day. It serves as a symbolic point where social empathy on planetary health expands through art, and future generations directly participate to deliver their own messages.
